Shakira announced that fellow Colombian superstars Karol G and Maluma will participate in her Medellin concert this weekend, on April 12 and 13, at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium.

These new concert dates were scheduled after the original show, planned for February 24, had to be canceled due to logistical issues. Shakira’s team reorganized the event, announcing two new performances in Medellin.

Through a post on her Instagram account, Shakira excitedly shared: “Medellin, I have surprises for the first and second night. You’re going to die!” With this message, she confirmed that Karol G and Maluma will be joining her as special guests during the shows.

There are still some tickets available for those who wish to attend what promises to be an unforgettable event.

Maluma, who is currently on his +Pretty +Dirty World Tour, will give his final performance in Europe tonight. He will then return to Colombia for a show in Bogotá on April 26. His participation in Shakira’s concert in Medellín comes amidst a very active international schedule.

Shakira to visit Barranquilla before arriving in Medellin

After her tour stop in Chile, Shakira will make a brief visit to her hometown of Barranquilla before heading to Medellin. According to Colombian media outlets, the singer is expected to arrive sometime between Wednesday, April 9, and Thursday, April 10, to spend some time with her family.

Shakira’s two shows in Medellín are expected to run smoothly and become a massive success, just like the other stops on her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour. Excitement continues to build as the concert dates approach, which will bring together three of Colombia’s most influential artists on the global music scene.
