Renowned Dutch DJ and producer Martin Garrix has confirmed his return to Colombia in December 2026 as part of his ambitious Garrix Americas Tour, a tour that will travel through more than 16 cities across North and Latin America. The artist will perform on December 4 at the Movistar Arena in Bogota and on December 5 at the new Daviarena, marking his first-ever performance in Medellin. Garrix previously performed at Bogota’s Movistar Arena in 2024, where he sold out tickets and delivered one of the most celebrated electronic music shows of the year in Colombia.

The announcement has generated excitement among electronic music fans in the country, especially because the shows promise a large-scale production featuring LED screens, special effects, pyrotechnics, and immersive visuals — elements that have become a signature of the Dutch artist’s performances.

The Bogota concert will take place at Movistar Arena starting at 6:00 p.m., with doors opening at 5:00 p.m. The event will be restricted to audiences aged 18 and older. Meanwhile, the Medellin performance will hold special significance for the city’s cultural scene, as Garrix will be one of the first international artists to perform at Daviarena, a new venue located in the metropolitan area of Sabaneta with a capacity of 17,000 people.

Martin Garrix: One of the world’s most influential DJs returns to Colombia with the Garrix Americas Tour

Martijn Gerard Garritsen, professionally known as Martin Garrix, is considered one of the most influential DJs in the world today. He rose to global fame in 2013 with the success of “Animals,” a track that revolutionized the EDM scene and made him one of the youngest artists ever to top the Beatport charts. Since then, his career has continued to grow, and he is now regarded as one of the leading figures in electronic music.

Throughout his career, Garrix has headlined some of the world’s biggest festivals, including Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Lollapalooza. In addition, he has been named the world’s best DJ multiple times by DJ Mag, cementing a legacy that extends far beyond the electronic music scene.

Among the songs fans are most eager to hear during his Colombian concerts are “Animals,” “Scared to Be Lonely” with Dua Lipa, “In the Name of Love” featuring Bebe Rexha, “High on Life” alongside Bonn, and “Ocean,” recorded with Khalid.
