Colombian singer J Balvin has announced his return to the country with two large-scale concerts as part of his new tour Made in Colombia — Ciudad Primavera, a project that blends music, cultural identity, and a renewed visual concept. The shows, which will feature a 360-degree experience, mark the artist’s long-awaited reunion with his Colombian audience after several years away from the nation’s biggest stages.
The first confirmed concert will take place in Medellin on Nov. 29, 2025, at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium, where an audience of around 25,000 people is expected. This show represents Balvin’s return to his hometown after six years of absence, following his last major performance, El Niño de Medellin. Bogota, Colombia’s capital, will also be part of the tour, with a show scheduled for Dec. 13 at El Campin Stadium.
J Balvin’s return to Colombia with a 360 experience
The Made in Colombia — Ciudad Primavera tour presents a stage concept centered on spring as a symbol of renewal, color, and energy. The 360-degree setup will allow attendees to enjoy an immersive show with vibrant visuals and a production designed to highlight the Colombian identity that defines J Balvin’s new artistic phase, featuring more than 50 dancers on stage.
The setlist will take fans on a journey through the hits that have shaped his career, including “Mi Gente,” “Ginza,” “Ay Vamos,” and “Que Mas Pues,” along with new material inspired by his paisa roots and his deep connection to his hometown.
J Balvin and Velez: A collaboration celebrating Colombian identity
The artist’s return to Colombian stages coincides with one of his most notable projects of the year: A collaboration with the Colombian brand Velez, presented in November 2025 under the name Ciudad Primavera: Mas alla de las flores (Beyond Flowers). This capsule collection blends fashion, artisanal tradition, and urban culture, drawing inspiration from Medellin, the “city of eternal spring.”
The collection includes 16 exclusive items, featuring bags, tote bags, accessories, and leather goods decorated with floral designs that reflect the vibrancy and identity of the paisa culture. Among the standout products are:
Bowling Flowers leather bag: 1,299,900 COP (approx. US$325)
Tote Bag Flowers (leather): 499,900 COP (approx. US$125)
Baby leather coin purse: 169,900 COP (approx. US$42)
The official launch took place on Nov. 18, 2025, transforming the Medellin Metro into a runway filled with chrysanthemums and pompoms. The event blended fashion, music, and art, reinforcing J Balvin’s multicultural vision. An additional runway show was also held in Bello, Antioquia.
