Maroon 5 announced an unexpected change to the Latin American leg of their Love Is Like Tour. Maroon 5 rescheduled its show in Bogota, Colombia, and what was supposed to happen on April 25, 2026, has been officially moved to Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026. The venue remains the same: the Medplus Coliseum, one of the most important arenas in the Colombian capital.
The promoter confirmed that all previously purchased tickets will remain valid without the need for any additional procedures. However, those unable to attend the new date may request a full refund, including service fees, through the Taquillalive platform.
Why did Maroon 5 reschedule their show in Colombia?
According to the official announcement, the postponement is due to adjustments in Maroon 5’s international schedule for the Love Is Like Tour 2026. The tour, which includes stops across North America, Central America, and South America, underwent logistical modifications that required reorganizing several dates, including the show in Colombia.
The band, led by Adam Levine, stated that the decision aims to ensure a performance with optimal technical and production conditions. Although the exact reason has not been publicly detailed, international media reports suggest the rescheduling is related to changes in the itinerary to accommodate commercial commitments and audiovisual production requirements.
Maroon 5’s last performance in Colombia was in 2016, so expectations among fans were high. Still, the new date maintains the excitement — especially because the Bogota concert will be one of the final South American shows before the band wraps up the year in Mexico.
Updated Maroon 5 schedule in Latin America
Although the Colombia show was rescheduled, the band confirmed new dates for their tour across the region. The itinerary, which includes eight countries, is now organized as follows:
May 1, 2026 – La Romana, Dominican Republic.
May 3, 2026 – San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Aug. 27, 2026 – Bogota, Colombia.
Aug. 29, 2026 – Quito, Ecuador.
Aug. 31, 2026 – Lima, Peru.
Sept. 3, 2026 – Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Sept. 12, 2026 – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
