Ricardo Arjona once again proved his enormous drawing power in Colombia after becoming the first artist to sell out six consecutive dates at Bogota’s Movistar Arena. The Guatemalan singer-songwriter achieved the milestone during his Lo que el Seco no Dijo Tour, with performances scheduled between July and August 2026.
The public response was immediate. As tickets sold out for each concert, new dates were announced until six nights were completely sold out. With this achievement, Arjona surpassed the previous record of five concerts reached by Colombian artists such as Carlos Vives, Andrés Cepeda, and Morat at the same venue.
The accomplishment confirms the artist’s lasting popularity and the strong connection he maintains with Colombian audiences, where his songs have been widely embraced for several decades.
Ricardo Arjona in Colombia: Six sold-out dates and an absolute record in Bogota
Ricardo Arjona’s confirmed performances in the Colombian capital will take place on July 26, 28, 30, and 31, as well as August 1 and 2, 2026. The sixth date was added after high ticket demand quickly sold out the previous shows.
Movistar Arena, one of the most important concert venues in Latin America, will host a historic residency for the Guatemalan artist. No other singer had ever sold six consecutive nights at the venue, making this concert series a new benchmark for Colombia’s entertainment industry.
Arjona’s last visit to Bogota took place in September 2022, when he performed at Coliseo MedPlus in Cota. Four years later, he returns with even greater demand and numbers that reinforce his status in the Latin American market.
About the ‘Lo que el Seco no Dijo Tour’
The Lo que el Seco no Dijo Tour began on January 30, 2026, in Chicago and has traveled through multiple cities in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America. The tour is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious of Arjona’s career, both because of its scale and its commercial success.
In Buenos Aires, Argentina, the artist is also leading another box-office phenomenon: he has more than ten confirmed dates at Movistar Arena, and all of them are already sold out. Added to this are massive concerts in Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and upcoming performances in Europe before the end of the year.
The international run shows that Arjona remains one of the Spanish-speaking artists with the greatest drawing power, even after four decades of musical career.
A repertoire of classics and new songs
The tour is supported by the album Seco (2025) and the companion project Lo que el Seco no Dijo, recent works through which the singer has renewed his artistic proposal.
During the concerts, Arjona combines new compositions with some of the most iconic songs of his career, such as Mujer, Historia de un Taxi, El Problema, and Señora de las cuatro décadas. This generational mix has been key in attracting both longtime followers and new audiences.
