Wynwood, the creative district that transformed Miami’s walls into canvases and its streets into spontaneous runways, will become the stage for one of the most ambitious initiatives in the Latin American fashion industry from May 27 to 29: the third edition of Colombiamoda Miami. The internationalization platform, led by Inexmoda, seeks to firmly establish Colombian talent within the U.S. market.

The event will take place during Swim Week Miami and aims to continue showcasing Colombian creativity to buyers, specialized media, content creators, and fashion enthusiasts who turn this week into one of the most important industry gatherings in the United States each year.

Unlike a traditional trade fair, Colombiamoda Miami focuses on an experience that blends fashion, wellness, culture, and lifestyle. The platform will bring together runway shows, showrooms, brand activations, and networking spaces under the concept “Uniqueness is the new luxury,” a vision that redefines luxury through cultural identity and conscious design.

The 2026 edition arrives with a concept that aligns with the spirit of today’s consumers: “Uniqueness is the new luxury.” In a moment when the global market is saturated with mass-produced and indistinguishable products, Colombian fashion emerges with a different proposal: authenticity, designer-driven fashion, and a cultural identity deeply rooted in the country’s diversity.

This philosophy is not merely rhetorical. It comes to life in the Colombian Selection pop-up, the commercial heart of the event, where the 35 participating brands will showcase collections in categories such as resortwear, swimwear, bags & accessories, loungewear, and urbanwear. Brands including Pajara Pinta, Bohor, Casabela, SineSTESIA, Milonga, Musee The Brand, Patricia Mejia, Lina Lemus, Claudia Moreli, Sijam Sleiman, Tinta Latina, Mia Mulata, Toscano, Renata Lozano, and Sol y Neptuno, among others, will offer the public and international buyers a real overview of what the Colombian fashion system has to say to the world.

“We are building a bridge between creative talent and global markets, where identity and designer fashion become competitive advantages for our brands,” said Sebastián Díez, Executive President of Inexmoda.

Casa Colombiamoda: Where the runway meets business

The event will revolve around Casa Colombiamoda, an immersive format that combines runway shows, showrooms, and brand experiences in one single space. The proposal responds to the new dynamics of an industry demanding more agile, intimate, and experiential formats, where international buyers not only observe garments, but also experience the universe behind each brand.

The agenda begins with the opening runway show by Cali-based designer Renata Lozano, who will present her Fall 2026 collection in partnership with the Cali Chamber of Commerce. Lozano’s proposal understands fashion as a conscious act: pieces born from intention, coherence, and personal well-being. Through textile combinations, contrasting textures, and strong artisanal craftsmanship, the collection creates a sensitive language where materiality and authenticity become the true luxury.
