The monument, reaching a height of 47 meters facing the sea, represents a window at its highest point. It is common to see locals and tourists alike gathering with family and friends in front of this emblematic symbol of the city. Nearby, visitors can find street vendors offering beverages, ice cream, mango with lime and salt, and the famous cotton candy.

The monument honoring the Barranquilla singer Shakira is an imposing bronze structure standing 6.5 meters tall.
